3 Where can I see AN Boutique’s latest offers and make purchases?
AN Boutique’s offers are only found online at the following address: anboutique.ca. To hear about the latest offers the moment they are made available, subscribe to the boutique’s free newsletter and/or like our Facebook page AN Boutique.
4 How to buy one of the latest offers and/or a product
To purchase one of our latest offers and/or a product, all you need to do is click on the product or offer (the picture or the title) and then click on “Add to cart”, which can be found on the page with the product description.
You will then find all of your selected items in your “Cart”, located at the top right corner of your screen.
When you are ready to pay, go to your “Cart” and follow the instructions.
5 Why did “Out of stock“ appear only a few minutes after the offer was published?
Since all offers are in limited quantities, it’s possible for some of them to sell out within a few minutes.

6 Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through Visa and MasterCard.
7 I completed my transaction but have not yet received a confirmation e-mail from the boutique. Why?
Check the spam folder of your inbox for the confirmation e-mail. If it isn’t there, send us an e-mail at the following address:

I forgot my password How do I recover my account?

11 I did not receive my gift certificate / I have lost my gift certificate – what should I do?
You will find all of the gift certificates you have purchased on your AN Boutique account. Log in and click on “My account” at the top right. There you will find all of your purchased gift certificates.
12 I purchased a gift certificate on AN Boutique but am unsure of how to use it. What should I do?
Once you purchase a gift certificate from AN Boutique, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and an e-mail containing your gift certificate. Your gift certificate will be attached to the second e-mail. Please open your gift certificates and print them off. You can also log in to your AN Boutique account, where you will find a list of all of the gift certificates that you have purchased from AN Boutique. Click on the one that you want and print it off. Each gift certificate has specific instructions which can be found on the certificate itself. Keep in mind that in most cases you don’t need to print off your gift certificate. If you have a smartphone, you can simply show the gift certificate in-store on your device.
13 If I don’t use the full value of my gift certificate at once, can I use the rest at a later date?
No. Unless it states otherwise on the AN Boutique gift certificate, you will not receive store credit or cash for unused portions of the gift certificate. Instead of losing out, why not invite a friend?
14 I’m having an issue with a business. What should I do?
The business is responsible for offering the product or service and for honoring gift certificates purchased from AN Boutique. Please contact the business in question for any comments or complaints in this regard.
